I absolutely loved the beautiful decorations in the hotel. The elegant furnishings and tasteful artwork created a warm and inviting atmosphere. It made me feel like I was staying in a luxurious oasis. The general areas were also well-maintained and clean, perfect for relaxing and socializing. As a senior person, I greatly appreciated how accessible the hotel was. The elevators were spacious and easy to use, and there were handrails in the hallways and ramps at the entrance, making it comfortable for me to move around.

I would have asked for better assistance from the staff. It would have been helpful if the children working there were more attentive and proactive in addressing the needs and concerns of senior guests like myself.

Its location is good and unbeatable, next door to Opera House. 15 minutes drive to the airport, it is located close to the river too. The rooms are spacious and quiet and the buffet breakfast offered has plenty of dishes...

It was also conveniently close to the popular sights, just a 10-20 minute walk away. Despite being in a bustling area, the hotel was quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. The staffs were incredibly friendly and helpful, always quick to respond to my questions, even late at night. it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting.

Whenever I travel to that city, I always return to my cozy oasis. The friendly staff impressed me from the start and made me feel comfortable. With Free Wi-Fi, a Flat-screen TV, and an Electric kettle, it has everything I need. It's the ideal romantic escape.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, easily accessible to convenience shops and in the middle of everything. The staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating, even with the language barrier. The beds and rooms are kept immaculately clean. The lockers are a great feature and come with provided keys to keep belongings safe. It was also nice to have complementary air-refreshner in the room.

The toilet facilities are quite small and cramped, making it uncomfortable to use. Some of the tables in the social areas are in the way and need to be moved to access lockers.

Christmas vibes were in the air and the hotel had a festive atmosphere. The staff was attentive, always making sure that we were comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and had a lovely view of the city. Its location was perfect for shopping and nightlife as everything was conveniently nearby.

Our experience was dampened by the lack of basic amenities such as a mini fridge and coffee/tea making facilities. the Wi-Fi signal was poor and unreliable.
